Some things cannot be fixed over the phone. We come to you for installs, hardware swaps, new-location buildouts, and the problems that only show up on the floor.

Four steps, in this order, every time. You know the price and the plan before any work starts.
A short conversation about what you run today, how many locations, and what is going wrong or what is next. No charge.
A written proposal: what we will do, what we will not, the timeline, and a fixed price. Hardware is quoted at cost plus a stated margin.
Scheduled around your hours, often after close, so you do not lose a day of sales. We test every terminal, printer, and connection before we leave.
Staff training, documentation, and the logins in your name. Stay on a support plan or call us when you need us. Either works.

Highview Logic, LLC is a small IT services company for businesses that run on their point of sale: restaurants, retail, and service shops that cannot afford a register being down at lunch.
We are familiar with several different POS systems. We have installed, migrated, and supported them, built the networks behind them, and handled the day-to-day support that keeps them running. That breadth is the point: we recommend what fits your operation.
You will always reach someone who knows your setup. There is no call center, no account manager relaying messages, and no junior technician learning on your clock.
